intentionally upgrade your plan

I believe that webroot upgraded my plan when I was trying to sign up for it. the service is OK but I did not appreciate the way that they kept trying to upgrade at more expense.

GREAT PROTECTION

I used the Norton and other more known brands and they were always popping up every time I went on to a safe website-saying it was unsafe. And it got annoying. Webroot wroks in the background. Unless there is a problem, you don't even know it's there but it is and it's working.

WE HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER 10 YEARS... WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST COMPUTER IT WAS RECOMENDED. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO GET. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHILE USING WEBROOT. I LET ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. NOT ONE VIRUS EVER!

Better than average protection but not perfect

Webroot is really good protection but not invincible against all types of malware. My PC became infected with some malware despite the protection from Webroot but that was likely my fault. Despite that malware situation I still highly recommend this anti-virus software.

The only problem that I had was trying to find the information on my computer as I had purchased it on my laptop.
