WE HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER 10 YEARS... WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST COMPUTER IT WAS RECOMENDED. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO GET. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHILE USING WEBROOT. I LET ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. NOT ONE VIRUS EVER!

Better than average protection but not perfect

Webroot is really good protection but not invincible against all types of malware. My PC became infected with some malware despite the protection from Webroot but that was likely my fault. Despite that malware situation I still highly recommend this anti-virus software.

The only problem that I had was trying to find the information on my computer as I had purchased it on my laptop.
I had difficulty locating the Login number but Webroot was veryhelpful!

My credit card security is a sieve.

Webroot.com was my choice to trust for internet security. About 6 months ago I felt like a target. I use four credit cards and each has been hit by fraudulent activities several times. At this moment I am downloading a different product. It is highly reviewed. If Webroot is able to reconfigure in a manner to black block fraud (stealing). I will come back.

This is a great app. After installing it, the app just sits out of site and protects without any slow down of the computer.

I was very pleased with the installation process and technical support I got when I was installing the program. I have another question to ask now, but have had trouble getting back to the tech support team. They refer back to the installation question I had previously, which was resolved. Webroot was recommended by 2 people I throughly trust, who have high confidence in your program. A few strong kudos to Webroot.
