Comfort on computer

Good program

Using webroot for about six years, however in the last two it’s been hectic to use. Using program for five pc’s. Can’t use program like it’s designed to, installed program but keeps saying my item is expired and during this time my days are being charged. On one pc says can’t connect to internet therefore can’t get it to download virus protection updates. I’m very frustrated with this issue deciding to go back to another protection program.

Not only have I had no virus issues on my computer whatsoever the company makes it extremely easy to cancel service or continue They send reminders in advance if you wish to cancel easily. And updates are invisible in the background. By far the best virus protection I’ve used.

Good price, excellent protection

Excellent protection, sometimes lets through some phishing scam but I identify them and trash the messages. The price is excellent for low income retired.

Phishing is essentially clicking on a malicious link. Webroot does protect you during many layers of this kind of attack, but it is still up to you to not click on suspicious links. Stay safe out there!

Struggled to get renewed subscription

Being a "Computer Dinosaur", I really struggled, after multiple attempts to renew my subscription via computer. I found the process to be "Non-User Friendly". I eventually renewed, but am frustrated in what should have been a simple "Yes" or "No" process. The computer protection, once obtained, does its job!!
