impeded access

Every time I log on to this laptop, I get the message to renew my Webroot, which was done months ago. It ties up access to info that I need and delays access for at least 10 minutes. Please start recognizing that this device is covered and stop impeding my access.Annoying!

Good program

Using webroot for about six years, however in the last two it’s been hectic to use. Using program for five pc’s. Can’t use program like it’s designed to, installed program but keeps saying my item is expired and during this time my days are being charged. On one pc says can’t connect to internet therefore can’t get it to download virus protection updates. I’m very frustrated with this issue deciding to go back to another protection program.

Not only have I had no virus issues on my computer whatsoever the company makes it extremely easy to cancel service or continue They send reminders in advance if you wish to cancel easily. And updates are invisible in the background. By far the best virus protection I’ve used.
