Good product

Protection seems to be good. However, since I got this year renewal, everytime I get in the computer it takes me to an screen asking me if I approve your system to make changes to mine(???). I have answered both ways: Yes and No and yet, the screen comes back up again every time I turn the computer on going to internet.. Never happened before with the previous version. Please, let me know what is happening and hoe to get rid of for good of that scree/notice .

Questionable Support

After getting past the first rude Sales Support person and not getting my questions answered, I went ahead and hesatantly ordered the product online after talking directly to a friend of mine that works for WEBROOT. So far it has worked satisfactorily. We will see if i ever need support again.

We accidentally downloaded this service twice because our service is slow and while downloading some glitch caused it to stop the first time and we didn’t think it took so we did it again. When I got my credit card bill i saw the charge twice. I went on the website and requested a refund and it was done very promptly and with no problem. I so appreciated not getting a hard time with getting my refund. Great service and customer support! Thank you!!

Yes of course I'll be glad to give the company a very good rating.You know ever since the Internet has grown so have crime and very evil people out there trying constantly to rob a working man of his money. I'm very happy with Secure Anywhere Virus protection,being that worked for our US Government for 42 years ,I really appreciate good people and honest hard working companies like this one.---Thank You

I would like for this to renew on computer automatically instead of me deleting and reinstalling. I have five computers and I still have one that's showing expired.
