Webroot is confused

My previous version of Webroot was expiring and I purchased a new version which I installed on two devices. I kept receiving email notices from Webroot advising that my account was soon to expire. In fact I recently received a notice that my Webroot expired two months ago.

Webroot works very well behind the scenes. I sometimes forget I'm protected. Lately, I've clicked on two websites, and when they opened, I received the Unsafe Website Alert. When I had McAfee, I never received that warning. If fact, when I was using McAfee, clicked on a website and I received the "Unsafe Website Message" a virus was able to pernitrate the McAffe protection.
