Works as advertised!

Webroot has kept our devices safe for several years. It is easy for my wife to install on our devices. One complaint, is getting reminders to re-new after already re-newing. Submitting a nickname is harder than installing the product.

It's not as fast as advertised, but still good

I took 3 hours to do a full scan on an SSD, and my internet speed is 100mb/s+ on upload and download, so it is plenty of speed.

The first Webroot scan is always the longest - after that all scans should be very quick.

Seems okay except on phone

Seems to work fine on desktop and tablet. But I had to remove from my Moto Z2 Play because it ran my battery down in less than a day. All back to normal battery life after I removed it. There should have been some warning about this problem.

Webroot and MAC OS Catalina

Apple have indicated that WEBROOT will not be compatible with future upgrades to OS Catalina.

Annoying Pop Up

I renewed my subscription to your service, but the orange pop up keeps popping up telling me I need to renew. I also tried to put this on another of my computers and it won't take the subscription number that it asks for.
