Good, but have a niggle

It's not a major thing, but every day I log on I get a big red warning window from Webroot saying that my coverage has expired and I need to renew. I renewed. I paid. I checked my account and it's all good. But there's no easy or apparent way to get rid of this warning box - and frankly it still leaves me worrying a little bit that I've paid and I'm not covered.

Most difficult software to run on my phone

I have had nothing but problems with getting this app to work on my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. I can't seem to get past I'd & password to login & set it on my phone. I hope it's running correctly on my tablet, lap & desktop units.

First time usage on MacOS

I've always appreciated the very low impact of WR, on MacOS, it seems to be as good as on Windows. I'm a bit concerned though, if WR is sufficient for aggressive attacks (ransomware for example). It would be nice if WR would share some more info or blog posts (or maybe i simply don't know about them) about these types of attacks and how WR is exactly handling those... For the rest, ever happy with the low impact and high effectiveness.

Keep getting notifications of being expired

It’s good protection, but I don’t understand why I now have 4 years of protection. I keep getting a notice telling me it has expired, even though I just purchased 3 years protection. That is on top of having purchased a year protection about 4 or 5 months ago. That’s why I only gave 4 stars.
