Good Product, Bad Support

I appear to have the product on my computer and it appears to be working but when I log into my account it says it has expired. The only way to access support is to file a claim which requires you to be logged in, but that can't happen because it says my subscription has expired. No way to talk with a live person...

Received a duplicate CD and purchased same product twice by mistake. I received two CDs and opened one. The other I left sealed. My Webroot on my laptop is active. Not sure what to do with the CDs. I have been charged twice for two products and I only needed one. Please advise

Near perfection

I like everything, it’s speed, it’s negligible impact on my systems performance, it’s effectiveness of securing my systems and for its transparent routine update maintenance. Everything except the backup & sync. First, backup & sync doesn’t work as I expected. Well, it doesn’t work at all for me. Second, the user interface is too complex to successfully get backup & sync to perform. It’s particularly frustrating trying to get it going again after installing a New Years version of Webroot.
And, your nickname requirement’s edit in this review is absurd! Does it really matter in this review? My nickname is Ed.

I don't know which one I have

Webroot was put on when I bought the computer, so I don't know which type I have. It works very well, but I have had problems in the past that were my own fault, so I am still a little skeptical - no matter what the experts say. After I have had Webroot for a few years, I will be able to give a better evaluation. So far it is great?
