Doesn't work with Mac OS Catalina

Had the product for many years. No issues until the recent update for Mac OS Catalina. Really disappointed that the company was not prepared for the support the new operating system. Webroot should really provide additional months to current subscribers.

Great product

I have been using webroot for a few years. I don't know much about anti virus but I really don't have to Webroot takes care of everything. I haven't had ant issues since installing this product. It's wonderful when a product provides the service it has advertised it would. I am very satisfied with there service.

unobtrusive protection

Hard to know how effective the product is if there haven't been any problems. But it is less obtrusive than other antivirus software I've used, and is reasonably priced.

Excellent, fast protection

This software is amazing and instills confidence in me for sure. The instructions make it easy to use and configure. If you have any problem at all, you can get technical support immediately and they are AWESOME!
I had a very complicated problem and the agent went above and beyond to log into my computer to help me. We found out that the problem is actually within the program I am using and he left me with no doubts whatsoever.
I highly recommend this program for computer and internet safety, as well as the supreme Customer Support. I am a customer for life!

Can’t install

I bought this product over a month ago and have not been able to install it yet and can not get any help with it I have used webroot many times but Ian si frustrated with it at this time I doubt I win ever use it again

To New to Tell . . . .

I am new to Webroot having down loaded it about 2 months ago based the recommendation of a computer geek neighbor. Thus far I have had no negative issues and it seems to be working fine. On memory, the down load and purchase had its ups and downs to a degree but in the end all is well thus far.
