It does the job, but the website is a mess

I purchased this for my three computers, and installing it in the first one was simple. Because my laptop does not have a port, I went online to install it, but this site did not recognize my new purchase. It kept telling me my old program had expired, which it had, and it would not except the new one. Very clever way to force someone to buy the same product twice.

The security has been great.
I have one problem...each time i log in a message pop's up and states that i need to renew my anti virus . This has been on going for 1 year (this occurs after i renew as well).
If you could fix this by updating my screen to remove this message after each renewal that would be perfect.
With this years July renewal I was uncertain if everything downloaded correctly.
If you could check on this as well.

You sent me a CD and charged my credit card but my laptop doesn’t have a CD reader. So you have my money and I have no way of using your services. PLUS every time I turn on my laptop it tries to get me to sign up AGAIN for a service I do NOT have.
