Webroot Secure anywhere Antivirus

The security has been great.
I have one problem...each time i log in a message pop's up and states that i need to renew my anti virus . This has been on going for 1 year (this occurs after i renew as well).
If you could fix this by updating my screen to remove this message after each renewal that would be perfect.
With this years July renewal I was uncertain if everything downloaded correctly.
If you could check on this as well.

You sent me a CD and charged my credit card but my laptop doesn’t have a CD reader. So you have my money and I have no way of using your services. PLUS every time I turn on my laptop it tries to get me to sign up AGAIN for a service I do NOT have.

I don't really know if my computer is protected because when I scan my computer, it always says no detection has been found? It would always say that when I had free Webroot protection? if Webroot is so good then why! should I buy more protection???
