Difficult

When we purchased (and still not sure we did) we were unable to download and set up webroot. It was very frustrating. We are not very techy and are not sure webroot is even installed. It would benefit us for someone to contact us to walk us thru the procedures and inform us that our payment was made.

Blocks all downloads

It's a nuisance! It blocks all my downloads and refuses to uninstall. I would like a refund if this cannot be remedied

Solid product except...

Haven't had attacks according to the scans that required attention. Renewed to keep up coverage but still keep getting pop up notices that webroot is expired- very annoying. Service itself seems good.
