Great protection, easy on computer resources

Have been through a number of anti-virus programs and keep coming back to Webroot. It provides great anti-virus protection and, most importantly, has low system resources impact, unlike many others. Just signed up for 3 1/2 more years! Happy customer!

When we purchased (and still not sure we did) we were unable to download and set up webroot. It was very frustrating. We are not very techy and are not sure webroot is even installed. It would benefit us for someone to contact us to walk us thru the procedures and inform us that our payment was made.

Blocks all downloads

It's a nuisance! It blocks all my downloads and refuses to uninstall. I would like a refund if this cannot be remedied
