Acquired Webroot in 2017 and have been very satisfied with their protection, otherwise, I would not have renewed for another 2 years. Never had any problems on-line and trust the security Webroot has shown.

detailed reports on computer status

Webroot gave me a report about temporary files. I was going to take my computer to the store for a cleanup but because of webroot's detailed report, I was able to youtube how to remove the files myself and my computer is working very much faster now. Thanks webroot. You saved me an excruciating week without my computer waiting for the store to correct what took 5 minutes.

I’m happy with my application for Webroot but will also need to get one for my laptop and WiFi but can’t afford it right now. It’s definitely on my list of to-do’s.

Very good with one reservation

The security seems to work well. I renewed it recently. It is irritating that, whenever I turn the laptop on, a message still appears stating that my subscription has expired. Also, when I tap onthe Webroot icon on my desktop, it says yhat the subscription is active, but also says my subscription has expired. I do mot know which to believe.

Easy to Install WITH Disk

I was having trouble installing from the website after purchasing. I'm stubborn and just kept trying before I would give in and call for help. In the meantime, I automatically received the installation disk in the mail. Went perfectly for this non-technology person. Thank you.
