computor still show expired

I renewed my webroot protection and received a in the mail. I installed the CD IN THE COMPUTOR. however, THERE STILL APPEARS POP UP SAYING MY PROTECTION HAS EXPIRED. tHIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME I TURN ON COMPUTOR AND SEVERAL TTIMES THROUGHOUT THEDESSION. SO DO I HAVE COVERAGE OR NOT. ONE SAYS YES AND THE OTHER NO. NEED HELP.

Subscription needs updating

I renewed my subscription on May 2, 2019, and I am still getting told I need to renew. #ECM0049250120 Otherwise I don't worry about threats and other problems with my computer.

Great. Have had this for years

When I began with Geek Squad they gave me WebRoot and have used it every since. Tried another AntiVirus. It deleted files and could not get onto the internet. Went right back to Webroot

Still debating on this anti-virus

Well, I still get movement of my cursor when online if I don't constantly run the anti-virus. I don't dare put any of my banking numbers online cuz I'm scared of getting leaks to hackers.

*Trouble with renewal

I renewed the service and that's when my problems started. Now I get pop-ups everyday saying my webroot has expired, even though I deleted my old webroot from my computer and reinstalled the new. It is such a pain and it completely stops my work. I looked up how to stop and haven't found a remedy yet

Difficult to renew

I paid for a new 'year' and the system continues to tell me it's expired. Not very user friendly at all.
