I renewed and thought my computer would be updated with a download. Instead I get in the mail a CD which my laptop doesn't have access

Since you already have Webroot installed, you don't need the CD. You just need to put in the new activation code that is either in the box or in an email. After doing that, your subscription will renew.

message that my webroot has expired

the webroot is very good. the only thing I ask is that when logging on to my computer the message is still coming up that my webroot has expired even after I signed up and paid the price. can you please take it off?

I have had this protection for about a month now and it's doing a great job. It is easy to see when scans were made and when next one is scheduled. Then I can see a report on what activity, if any, was detected.

webroot has worked well for us, however, we were not notified of our need for renewal last october. we had to update our credit card and the subscription lapsed. after renewing our webroot, i kept getting notices of expiration. confusing.

Have used several other well known names in virus protection and they always seem to cause a problem with my computer. No problems at all with Webroot! Have used this for several years and always takes care of the unwanted visitors.
