Best Protection I've Had

Webroot has been protecting my PC's for over 10 years. Prior to purchasing Webroot, I was plagued by viruses and constant troubles with my system.
I am pleased to say that I have had Webroot installed on our laptop and PC Windows 7 and now with my new PC with Windows 10. I have not experienced any virus troubles in the 10 plus years, on any of my devices that I have it installed on.
Thank you for a great product at an affordable price.

I renewed and thought my computer would be updated with a download. Instead I get in the mail a CD which my laptop doesn't have access

Since you already have Webroot installed, you don't need the CD. You just need to put in the new activation code that is either in the box or in an email. After doing that, your subscription will renew.

message that my webroot has expired

the webroot is very good. the only thing I ask is that when logging on to my computer the message is still coming up that my webroot has expired even after I signed up and paid the price. can you please take it off?

I have had this protection for about a month now and it's doing a great job. It is easy to see when scans were made and when next one is scheduled. Then I can see a report on what activity, if any, was detected.
