Not sure it works

I’ve had Webroot for several years.
Just had to take my computer to Geek Squad because of poor performance.
They found 10 viruses. Why didn’t Web Root deal with those? I thought that was the purpose of the program!!!!

The best security I ever had which is why I still have it

Needless to say it has allowed outside source to get through my security get into my data on my internet. I don't know how it happened but it has my computer's acting very erratic. No maybe you can offer me some feedback I have been a long-time customer.

I purchased and downloaded Webroot a mere month ago, but I'm impressed with the ease of download, and the apparent ease of use. It runs quietly in the background. When I have a question about its status and operations, the Status Report give me the information I want in a form that's easy to access and understand.
