easy to install. I have had no problems since getting it. I like that it covers more than one device because after I bought it I bought a new computer and so now that is covered too!

As a senior and somewhat tech-deficient I did not feel that the instructions to put it in action once I paid for it were informative enough. How do I check that it is properly installed and in progress?

I like it but I wish the "renew now" pop-up would go away.

Not sure it works

I’ve had Webroot for several years.
Just had to take my computer to Geek Squad because of poor performance.
They found 10 viruses. Why didn’t Web Root deal with those? I thought that was the purpose of the program!!!!
