I purchased a renewal, but I still get a pop up that says my coverage is expiered and asking me if I want to renew.

easy to install. I have had no problems since getting it. I like that it covers more than one device because after I bought it I bought a new computer and so now that is covered too!

As a senior and somewhat tech-deficient I did not feel that the instructions to put it in action once I paid for it were informative enough. How do I check that it is properly installed and in progress?
