Doesn't slow my computer down

I have been very pleased with it. No problems, and it doesn't slow my computer down like Norton did. Based on good reviews I have read about WebRoot, I feel good about the protection.

My contrack with Geek Squad included Web Root Antivius protection.

Honestly, love the product. I renewed a subscription tho, and my computer seems to not have it. I purchased it, and received the disk, but when I instert the disk and run the renewal, I get directed to the same page I purchased the product from. Slightly annoying. Especially since I have no idea if my computer is protected, and there are now "missing days of protection" from my purchased product. Some easier help could be nice.
The product does a great job of keeping McAfe pop ups from occuring, it would be great for my purchased product to continue keeping my computer free from McAfe.
