Bad coverage

since a so called install of antivirus of web root I get all kinds of screen changes that have nothing to do with the subject I am working on. Will have to take laptop to a computer service to remove virus

Have used Webroot for over ten years on several computers and laptops and have not had any virus problems. The product does not bog down my computers and works seamlessly with no problems.

I downloaded webroot on my cell phone and could not open a lot of sites that I use. I had to take it off of my phone.

Very good program

If I did not move to Linux from Windows 10 (which I hate) I would still be using it. I had a license for four years and was completely satisfied. I had no virus, root kit, or trojan in that time. Scans were fast and unobtrusive, I could continue working with FireFox, WordPerfect and Excel without bogging down. Should I be forced to return to Windows, I would not think twice about getting another license.

Webroot is the king.

Runs in the background seemlesly. Does not slow your computer down. And it catches viruses and quarantines them. And at your approval shreds it.

Service unfulfilling

I have been with Webroot for a long time and quality has not improved as others. I recently added to other devises and cannot sign on to that account, I would think both accounts would have same credentials. Price going up and coverage going down. Not what Webroot used to be.
