Great AntiVirus protection

Webroot antivirus has been excellent over the past 10+ yrs. I have used it. It operates without software problems and is very effective. My only issue has been that my initial email changed and I am not allowed to change it as my PW without stopping and restarting my account, which will eliminate my previously saved information. If my email could be updated, while saving my "old" saved files, I would be a very happy camper.

Webroot failed

I cannot even open my laptop. When I turn it on all I get is a blank screen. I fear a virus caused this to happen.
