Keep getting reminders even after renewal :(

After renewing and installing the new sw, i still keep on getting the ANNOYING REMINDERS TO RENEW!!!

Webroot does not effect system performance. In fact, there is little to show that it is actually running. Periodically, it reports some type of attack and just fixes it.
