Disappointed

I had to uninstall it because it interfered with a Windows update. Very disappointing. Let me know if there is a solution for this.

I've used many different anti-virus programs and Webroot seems to be the best. It doesn't bog down the computer and works efficiently in the background. It scans very fast too!

Love webroot, well, I used to . The protection is the best I ever had, however the backup messes up half the time and the password manager never work. Fix those two issues and I will go back to 5 stars

I am confused

I paid for webroot after numerous promptings, which resulted in slowing of my laptop. While, my bank account was promptly charged for another year of service, I continue to get prompts to renew webroot and am told that my computer is not protected. This has gone on for months. Recently, I received a webroot CD, but I don't know what to do with it, since the laptop I paid to protect does not have a CD drive, and I have never had to run a CD before. I feel like I have been ripped off and am considering a formal complaint to the FCC and Better business bureau for fraud
