Haven't been able to put it in my computer

I think i have some part of another one of your product.

You seem to be doing a wonderful job so far. I am not happy with the window that pops up asking me to sign in to WIFI Security and wants a password. I did not buy the WIFI Security program from you. You sent to me in error instead of the regular Antivirus program. How can I get rid of that pop up? Thank you.

It sounds like SecureAnywhere may not be functioning properly. The best course of action would be to contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp. They will be able to assist you to make sure that the software is working correctly.

The product is great but I do have a concern about the renewal process. Even after I renewed the product I'm still getting renewal notice pop-ups. I don't think this should happen if the system has updated.

Very good protection

This is the second year I have used Webroot. It does not take up alot of space or resources. It does not slow down my computer. It runs in the background, still I feel I am protected. I have tried other AV's but they are not as good. I am a satisfied customer.
