Excellent So Far

It's been not quite 2 months, I think, and my experience with Webroot has been exactly what I needed: little for me to do, trouble-free, highly effective, low drain on my PC resources, self-updating, all with the price as advertised, and highly configurable if I want to tweak it. Yes, so far so good... excellent even. I don't grant "excellent" easily when it comes antivirus software, and that's for sure. Used quite a few, and all have disappointed on one front or the other.

I recently subscribed to Web Root for anti-virus protection. It has performed very well and exceeded my expectations when I recently logged on to an internet sales promotion and WebRoot sent an immediate alert that the page was a scam. I will be sure to tell friends and family how happy I am with WebRoot.

You seem to be doing a wonderful job so far. I am not happy with the window that pops up asking me to sign in to WIFI Security and wants a password. I did not buy the WIFI Security program from you. You sent to me in error instead of the regular Antivirus program. How can I get rid of that pop up? Thank you.

The product is great but I do have a concern about the renewal process. Even after I renewed the product I'm still getting renewal notice pop-ups. I don't think this should happen if the system has updated.
