Very good, small footprint

Been using Webroot a little over a month. It seems to do the job and does so unobtrusively. I like that it does not take up resources on my computer. It runs scans automatically and fairly frequently. The messages are clear. Installation is a breeze. I'm quite happy so far.

I need to call and get my computer running right - I had 3 other anti-virus programs and all failed and in fact one really has my computer messed up now -

Gives me peace of mind

I had webroot software installed on 12/12/2018 since then my computer has been interrupted twice by some virus over the internet, so I had to shut down the improper way, please advise me why your software is not working

Has me confused!

I have had Webroot for several years and have had few problems. I just updated my service last month and they sent me a CD to install.
Then on the 26th of December they tell me my subscription is about to expire. I used the CD and installed it on the computer. Then I
find that it is about to expire in 7 days. I paid for a year about a month ago???

Why do you keep telling me I have to renew?

I have renewed Webroot for my computer. I moved to Webroot from another competitor based upon recommendations from Geek Squad .Ihave had more issues since then and NOW Ikeep getting a please renew Webtoot now notice stating my computer is at risk. What is going on should I go back to Norton?
