It monitors itself. It doesn't give me useless pop ups telling me it's working. I feel comfortable that it's doing its job and that it'll protect me. No worries!

Protection that gets the job done

I switched when I was informed by my employer that my current software choice did not meet the guidelines. I tried Webroot and I was able to again use the private network. So my employer has marked it as a great choice, and at this point I have no issues with the software

Dependable and secure!

I've had this package for a number of years and couldn't be happier. When going into a site, it will immediately pop up with a message that it's not a secure site to remain in with warnings of possible virus. It's affordable and totally dependable. I wouldn't go with any other product but Webroot.

Really quick to respond to potentially harmful files, doesn't slow down my system at all, and scans my computer faster than any AV program I've ever used. The best in my.opinion.

Very Close To Perfect

Love the minimal impact on system performance! Only aspect that keeps the product from being rated 5 stars is the firewall which is only half a firewall. It depends on Windows firewall for half its firewall performance. I wish it contained a fully functional firewall. My initial installation was on an old WinXP system which has an almost non-existent firewall. I also wish the firewall, in particular, allowed more viewing of performance and customization.
The account creation is a bit cumbersome and overdone, requiring multiple levels of what amounts to passwords. For that reason, I have not created an account even though I'd like to.
Firewall aside, I love everything else about this product.
