Caught several virus as soon as installed. The only problem I had was I copied the long code wrong & from then could not register to create an userid. And tell Webroot I had another problem.

I have had simliar Webroot products on 5 different computers over the past 5 years and have never had a virus breakthrough. Occasionally I will get the threat notification and Webroot provides explicit instructions to close out of the site unharmed. I just checked my program to verify which product i had purchased and the most recent scan was 28 minutes ago! Excellent! I never have to worry about any online threats.

difficult getting renewal on line for this service. even after checking box to renew I continued to get notices that coverage had expired. Frustrating! And now my credit card has been billed wrongly several times that need to be corrected Allen Yoder
