Superior protection

I've tried them all. When I recently had a malware attack, my current AV detected a false positive on a benign file, and didn't catch the true culprit. I tried several others I had tried before. No dice. Then Webroot, and bam, success! Would n't trust any others now.

MY ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM STARTED OUT OK, BUT NOW IT WON'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET OR DO A SCAN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, SINCE I AM PAYING MONTHLY FOR THE SERVICE AND HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A MONTH OR SO.

I had web root on my computer when I purchased it, was very happy with it, so I purchased it again when it expired. Works very well no problems, in one year.

Only little thing thats annoying me and i think many others is that:
- when it finds a malware, i have to scan whole my SSD/HDD again
- theres no popup where an user can make a desicion when malware is found
