I have had no trouble with Webroot since I installed it. No problems with my
computer and always before, I was certainly having problems with companies
trying every way to force me to always upgrade constantly.

Great Protection

I have used Webroot for several years and never experienced a problem. I tried another antivius program's basic package recently and it didn't even have a firewall. I'm sorry Webroot, please take me back!

The best protection available! I experienced the power of webroot 5 years ago when my then fiance surprised me with a computer and webroot protection. So I continued to use webroot no other protection will do.

Not so effective on ransomware

Love how light weight the software is but I'm not that convinced about its efficiency when it comes to ransomware protection. I had cases where it couldn't stop infection attempts early enough to avoid encryption of files. Also the lack of comparable tests by major test labs is not very assuring.

Reliable protection

I have used Webroot for almost 7 years and in that time have not experienced any damaging viral issues. Webroot seems to be providing good protection.
