Secure protection

Webroot was recommended by my son who is an electrical engineer and is familiar with security for computers. However I don’t like having company’s taking money out of my account or charging my credit card. If webroot would send me a bill I would pay for the renewal.

Slowed my pc

Significantly slowed down my laptop. I picked webroot since it was susposed to take up the least amount of space.

Missing reports

I don't receive reports telling me if anything was found or even if it scanned. Shouldn't I receive reports each time it scans my computer? I really cannot answer the other questions

You can view the reports by opening the Webroot program, clicking "Utilities", and then clicking "Reports".

A Smooth Operator

Only had it a few weeks but notice the speed of the scan with no interference. I turned off some programs I was running that were duplicates of some of the things Webroot takes care of. It's a very nice all inclusive program I wish I'd been aware of a long time ago!
