I purchased Webroot protection online and it was downloaded successfully to my satisfaction. Why did you send me the corresponing Webroot CD if it was already downloaded?

Very good product, I recommend it to all my friends. Though after renewing this year, I have been getting pop up reminders to "renew now' days after I have already renewed. I find that a bit annoying.

When you want to make changes to settings on this software on your own computer, you are greeted with a captcha. Not for me.

You should only see the captcha once, and that is to prevent unknown programs from changing your A/V settings.
