I couldn't get it to work

I have a website I have been going to daily for years. Webroot wouldn't let me. I couldn't get it to allow the website. I uninstalled your product and will not be using it in the future. Can I get my money back? You don't have to publish this.

No issues in a decade.

A "geek" at Best Buy originally tipped us onto Webroot & he was right. We've not had any issues in a decade and have just renewed for another 3 years.

Used to Be Better and Faster

When they first launched the cloud-based version it took very little time to scan my PC and it didn't weigh it down. I used to love this product. Now it takes over an hour to scan, and it really causes my PC to be slow. Unacceptable!

Confused and uncertain

I still get confusing messages on my screen saying hat I don't have certain coverage, I need to update, or I need to clean my cleaner. I am a novice with the computer, I have been in business 23 year and I am not tech savvy, so this confuses me and makes me wonder if I have the right coverage. not feeling secure.
