ease of obtaining service via internet

I returned to webroot because of the protection from previous. I have nothing but problems to obtain the service via the internet. You were very prompt to obtain your money from the credit card. I received a CD via the mail with no instructions as to what it was for or what to do with it. I do not know if I will renew the subscription next time or not.

AntiVirus support is excellent; Password Management is lacking.

I remain deeply disappointed in Webroot's failure to fix an issue that has been festering for six months now: Deactivation last September of Webroot Password Manager extension and toolbar by Firefox version 57 update. Support keeps telling me a resolution is near, but the matter keeps getting kicked farther down the road each month. I would appreciate knowing the current status of progress being made toward solving this vexing problem.

Can't get my password reset and the reminder to renew keeps coming up even though I paid my annual membership

Webroot has been great in protecting my computer. However, accessing things outside of this has been impossible. I used my current password multiple times and the system would not let me in. I tried password reset but I did not get an e-mail as it said I would. In addition, I keep getting reminders that my Webroot is out of date, but then I go to the Webroot app on my computer and it says that I am protected. In the past I have had trouble with viruses that were my fault for clicking on something I shouldn't have, etc. Webroot was awesome and helped me through the issue. For this I thank them greatly which is why I gave them 3 stars. If I could access my account and this silly reminder would go away - I would give them 5 stars all the way.

Good protection at decent price

Basically covers everything you need for antivirus. However for some reason it messes with google chrome. Hotkeys to open new tabs or to toggle the find function lags only when webroot is on (it takes several tries for the hotkeys to work). Identity protection also stops my text expander software to not work on Chrome. Switching off identity protection fixes this, but it does not stay off for some reason and switches itself back on every time I start my computer.

Not as good or as easy as expected

I have WEBROOT on my desk top, subscription is up to date, originally up loaded to my laptop. I have not be able to up load the new subscription from desk top to lap top. Lap top continues to show expired, and only lets me purchase new soft ware. Frustrated, I did purchase software for my lap top. I received a new disc, however, I cannot load it on my PC. New laptops as this one, does not have a disc draw. Only flash drives. Rating below is for my desk top, which is great

My computer keeps saying the web root has expired and I paid for it and it was charged to my credit card it keeps saying renew now the card was charged to my account

I agree with the above comment, I feel totally confident in Web Root and t trust it completely. The only problem I have is in renewing, I usually have to to get Geek squad in to help.

I have used Webroot for 2 years now and it's great. I just wish you would stop sending the pop-up that says my subscription has expired.
