Overall OK but features missing

I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere® AntiVirus 3 on a Windows 10 computer about 6 weeks ago. It works fine but there are 2 critical core features missing that I enjoyed with the Windows 8 version: The Utilities 'Optimize Now' and 'Permanently Erase with Webroot'.

Protection lacking.

I have experienced ransomware attacks over and over. I had to deal with them myself because Webroot did not detect them.

No problems, not one.

I have tried and paid for all of the so called best anti virus software and some that are not so well known. When I think about it it's pathetic that each and every one of them had some kind of issue that caused a problem, so I said to my self, hey self lets give this Webroot a try and see what happens. Well guess what happens? Nothing happens, no issues at all. I have never felt more protected and at peace with my computer. Webroot sits there quietly and does it's thing and never interrupts my browsing or anything else unless something serious develops and lucky for me that has only happened once and Webroot handled it. Thank you Webroot for letting me have my computer back and for the sense of protection I get from having you installed on my computer and phone
