Works well, confuses semi-amateur user/installer

I like this product a lot for its speed and unobtrusiveness. The quickly little evaluations of websites' security and reputation is well appreciated by my wife in particular. I did find it confusing to install. and I think the problem is related more to the curse of Windows 10 than your product - but please make your installation instructions clearer and more prominent. Do that, and you have a five-star product in my (limited) view.

It slow down my computer

When I just the software on my laptop immediately all programs run very slowly. On the nest days it when from bad to worst. I paid for three computers to be protectected, but with the results on laptop divided to not intal it on the other computers. I will restart my laptop software and I will see how my computer will be working. I hope someone in webroot can help to develop the antivirus

Generally very pleased

The product definitely provides ample protection with minimal visibility. As one who switched over from long time use of a free antivirus, I don't regret my choice for a second.
I did, however, have some trouble with certain drivers. My gaming keyboard driver from Logitech was flagged as some sort of virus and disabled over and over, which for some reason lead to BSOD and crashes... however, the specific driver wasn't very useful from the start, and I could safely uninstall it and work with the default keyboard drivers. Overall very pleased.

easy process and less hassling

first time using Webroot AntiVirus so far it is easy to install and the packages also cover protection for three devices under the same account which is attractive. Once installed it provided confirmation and I don't get the constant advertising reminders which can be annoying. So far I am happy with the Webroot AntiVirus product.

I am still getting junk mail

When I first obtained this software, it performed well. However this time, I'm getting all sorts of junk e-mails and my computer performs slowly despite how few programs are open, despite the settings for cookies. But what is most disturbing is that when ever I run a scan, the program crashes and quits no less than three times if not more before it completes a scan to check for or remove threats. If nothing else, at least complete a scan. And when it does a scan, it's really slow.

The best anti-virus software on the market

I’ve had this on my laptop for several years. The ease of use and the protection it provides is so amazing that I purchased the expanded product to cover my entire family. It runs daily scans for us and lets us know if it finds anything that shouldn’t be there, and warns us before any dangerous files can get into the computer. I back up my critical files to their cloud.

Still trying to see if I have the updated version I purchased online. . .

Purchased online renewal for multiple computers. But after updating my subscription, every time the program is open, it still says that my subscription is out of date. The scans will run as if everything is going smoothly, but am now concerned that I just got fleeced. I know that when the product was working correctly (prior to my expiration notice), everything was fine. 3 stars is the average of 5 for a perfect product and 1 for potentially being charged for vaporware.
