I am new so I really am a bit clueless as to how this software works. It is not a intrusive as my prior software but knowing if it is truly better will be a function of time vs troubles

Nearly Flawless

During the years of using Webroot, I have only had one problem. Something called Help_Decrypt got by Webroot and destroyed some of my files. I was never able to fix them. Other than that, the program has stopped everything else from affecting my computer.

Be aware of automatic renewals if you buy multiple laptops

After renewing Webroot in April, 2017 and then getting my Geek Squad renewal in August, I realized I was paying for a yearly renewal of WEBROOT every 6 months - so I cancels this April's automatic renewal. Made me aware of not doing automatic renewals.
