Not very happy

I don’t know if my settings are wrong or what, but ever since I renewed my latency is awful. We’re talking one keystroke per 2-3 seconds and sometimes worse. I know I’m protected but it seems I may have conflicting firewalls or something along those lines.

Webroot was recommended to me as a great Antivirus program plus installing Webroot would speed up my computer because it does not have so much running in the background as the program I was using. It did do that.
