Great protection

Satisfied customer for 3 years. A renewal is so easy and you get plenty of notice before it expires. Anytime I get one of those "YOU ARE NOW INFECTED" windows I stop the process and scan....it always stays clean.

Did you purchase a new product? Or was it a renewal? In the event it's new, then you would need to update the keycode on your Webroot Secure Anywhere program. If it is a renewal, then it should be automatic. Both of these can be quickly resolved if you give our support team a call, they can be reached at 1-866-612-4227.
