Simple & Effective

Webroot doesn't use up much of my computer's resources. If it did, it would cause my computer to run slow. My windows 10 laptop had the same pre-installed one month free anti-virus protection. The very same my old windows 7 had. They got me once, but not this time. As soon as I purchase Webroot, I removed the "free" program

HAD AN OLD PC HAD TO STOP RUNNING WEBROOT. NOW I HAVE NEW PC AND I AM RUNNING WEBROOT AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN USING WEBROOT FOR 15 YEARS PLUS.

Added fees

I renewed my security with them. When I paid at the end, they threw in a charge for a cd. Don’t know why, because I never needed a cd. Everything is done with a pin code now. Needless to say, they still emailed me the cd a week later and I haven’t even opened it yet. I didn’t appreciate the added charge. I won’t be renewing with them next year. Scan speed is quick, but it is not comprehensive enough.

The charge for the CD is only an option when purchasing a new product, and it can be removed from the cart page prior to checkout. A little above average.

Not bad product. It seems to interfere with a lot of things I try to do. Seems to create problems with downloads. Seems like creates a lot of compatibility issues. Seems to issue a lot of blocks on sites that I know are not threats.. A little irritating. Install was ok.

A small price to pay for secure "Peace of Mind",....

Being a grey haired non-teckie web user, "Webroot" has relieved me of the continuous congestion and crawling low speeds in my laptop often caused by heavy "Fat" unnecessary software which alleges to secure my devices. Since moving to Webroot a couple months ago or more, I haven't even thought twice about internet security. It's as though it's not there,... It just works away in the background looking after your best interests. No stalling or using unnecessary power and internal services, and "No Slowdowns",... Webroot allows me to cruise smoothly and swiftly throughout the electronic world without being ambushed by some mongrel seeking to hijack my personal journey and cause me grief through destroying my computer and or stealing my precious information. If you beg for the best, and want secure "Peace of Mind" with your internet journeys, then as a "Webroot" user, I recommend you put all other Anti virus applications/software aside and treat your self to a simple unobtrusive non interfering piece of "Security/Antivirus Software" kit that shines above all others. Competition,... "Webroot has No competition",.... "Webroot is Cut way above the best".
