Solid and cost effective

Webroot was initially purchased to eliminate SPAM messaging and other undesirable popups. This worked pretty well. Since then the product has evolved into what it is today. I don't think I have ever experienced an outage based on a virus. Webroot has been able to catch all of them and block the action of viruses and malware. You get multiple machines for the single price. This makes it very cost effective. I have remewed my subscription several times and will continue to do so as long as they maintain a quality product.

Good news and bad news . . .

So far, everything is going well. A couple things happened that are not too good. When Webroot was installed, all of my documents moved around and a lot of them came out of their folders. Also, since then, my computer has been making a lot of temporary files, which is annoying.

It always says when I start up my computer there's a problem and has to restart, when I'm TRYING to work in Microsoft Word it's always showing Not Responding...
