Great protection - very unobtrusive

I have Webroot on my work computer and my home computer. IT company installed on all of our work computers and we have had zero problems. We were using another product and had several incidents that other product let pass through.

Unable to delete the old version

The old version stays in my system tray. I cannot figure out which program it is to uninstall. Now each time I start my computer the old version wants me to update. So I have to close the old version. I would have though the new version would have disabled the old version when I installed it but clearly it did not.

Product fine but new purchase has issues

I like Webroot and renewing my subscription was very easy. However, when I open Webroot on the computer it tells me my subscription is running out. Something isn’t communicating properly.
