Didn't find a virus that was affecting my computer

I purchased this product to help remove a virus on my computer. It didn't find it, and the computer was still running slow and crashing. I had to buy another virus program to fix my computer. I have sent an email about how I wasn't satisfied and never got a response back.

I choose this over a competitor because I have had no problems when using the internet with malware, or malicious intrusion on my PC. Your 1-800 service when I needed help was excellent. I rate web root 4 stars****.

I began using WEBROOT years ago as it was highly recommended by best buy. It's always worked beautifully and that's why I recommended it to my husband for our office computers.

Best protection against viruses and malware

The best product hands down for PC, fast, reliable and barely uses any disk space or system resources. For Mac however, I feel other competing product s are better suited for that task.

Very satisfied with the protection
Had a Micro-soft issue this year and Webroot accessed my computer, did an analysis and determined the problem.
Very pleased with the service and immediate response Webroot tech people addressed the problem for me
