I can't honestly give your product five stars because I haven't seen any good or bad results of having your antivirus program. It is apparently working in the background , and I prefer that it be that way. If I get a problem then I'll get with WEBROOT to resolve the problem. So, if I'm not having a problem I'll assume that WEBROOT is working as advertised.

Non Intrusive protection

simple non intrusive protection. Runs in the background and does it's thing and you can continue working or browsing without interruption like so many other anti virus programs tend to do.

Used Webroot before this last purchase, but got McAfee free for a while. When I wanted to buy protection for our three computers, I went with Webroot again because it's easy to use and buy. It runs in the background and doesn't use a lot of resources.

My subscription was just renewed. I do appreciate not being canceled and caught without device protection. I did not get the subscription renewal in a timely manner and your company remained patient while I was able to spend the one minute to renew the protection.

Interfaces well with my other software

I have been using Webroot for several years. I don't have problems with it interfering with my other programs. I am hopeful that it will continue to protect any new software I might add to my system.
