I have had no problems since I installed the program, the reason I bought webroot was a virus that was rerooting my main page to safesearch and was driving me problem. webroot did not help but I got online with your help crew and they did a super job fixing problem. I have not had a problem since. thank you.

Good product questionable support

I have used the product for sometime now and it worked well. Most recently however after rebooking my system (which I do daily) Webroot would not reboot and continually get a pop up screen telling me to enter my code which I do - it verifies the code but will not download the latest version so I am stuck with the pop up screen. I have tried everything I have been told to do and the problem persists.

I can't honestly give your product five stars because I haven't seen any good or bad results of having your antivirus program. It is apparently working in the background , and I prefer that it be that way. If I get a problem then I'll get with WEBROOT to resolve the problem. So, if I'm not having a problem I'll assume that WEBROOT is working as advertised.

Non Intrusive protection

simple non intrusive protection. Runs in the background and does it's thing and you can continue working or browsing without interruption like so many other anti virus programs tend to do.

Used Webroot before this last purchase, but got McAfee free for a while. When I wanted to buy protection for our three computers, I went with Webroot again because it's easy to use and buy. It runs in the background and doesn't use a lot of resources.
