Still love it

I've been using Webroot since my days working at Geek squad years ago. I still love it. I've fixed computers for my family for years and I have had some repeat offenders until I got them to install Webroot. I also really like that it can work in tandem with Defender with no issues. Great product.

I haven't figured out how to install WebRoot Internet Security on my Windows computer ! I downloaded the Mac verison and it's for two devices ! can't find instructions ????

I was not able to download the CD that was sent to me after I renewed. My computer does not have the ability to hold a CD......is my computer still protected?

Terrible...too many hoops to jump through ... after spending 2 days trying to clear logins I give up... not much help from the help desk folks either. Go away Webroot

I have coverage. So does my wife. My wife was offered renewal of your service...she renewed. You kept sending her notices that she needed to renew. Each time she tried to reply, you charged her again. Three times her credit card was charged. She has been unable to reach you. I will never renew with your company again. My next action is to call the State of CT Attorney General.
