I installed Webroot yesterday. I use Firefox and now my system takes up to 5 minutes operate. I guess there is a compatibility issue I was not told.

This was recommended to us by a friend of ours who works in the tech industry. He said it’s the only security product his company sells. It was easy to order, download and install. We’ve had no problems on our new computer since we began using it .

Worked as advertised

Purchased the product for a severe adware issue on a Mac. Ran the scan, it quarantined many such threats, and cleared them up! Scan is pretty quick - quick enough that I let it run often. Also, I have not noticed any slowing of my system despite its real-time protection.

Will not install on my MacBook Pro

Webroot works well with my PC but crashes with Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1. I've reinstalled the Mac version twice. Still crashes when entering the key code. I'm only getting 1/3 of what I've paid for. PC computer only, but have two MacBooks. Oh well.
