Purchased the product for a severe adware issue on a Mac. Ran the scan, it quarantined many such threats, and cleared them up! Scan is pretty quick - quick enough that I let it run often. Also, I have not noticed any slowing of my system despite its real-time protection.

For the first time in many years I feel like I have good protection. My computer tech suggested this company to me. He says it is the best for a reasonable price.

Will not install on my MacBook Pro

Webroot works well with my PC but crashes with Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1. I've reinstalled the Mac version twice. Still crashes when entering the key code. I'm only getting 1/3 of what I've paid for. PC computer only, but have two MacBooks. Oh well.

Have always trusted Webroot but I never know when they are scanning or doing anything with my phones or I pads. How often do you scan?

Great question! Scans are set by default to run daily, but you can change this at any time by navigating to Advanced Settings at the top right and then selecting the Scheduler tab on the left.

Not Working on IMAC.

i HAVE an IMac... webroot is NOT working.. as per message.. they are working on it instead of a Green Window, I get the "Blue !" , meaning it aint working.
