Excellant anti virus

Last month, after operational problems with McAfee AV occurred (it was available as freeware from my ISP) which 3 tries by McAfee Technical Support were unable to solve, I uninstalled it and purchased Webroot AV. It installed easily and so far has performed well without any issues. It also appears as though it works more seemlessly on Windows 7 than McAfee resulting in faster computational performance. I had actually turned off some of McAfee file scanning because it slowed down my system.

It starts slow, but it eventually gets better

When I first installed, everything slowed down, from opening a program to opening a browser. I was on the verge of wanting to uninstalled it, but after a day or so, after Webroot adapts and is familiar with everything that is installed in my PC, everything went smoothly and there were no problems at all, scanning take up about a minute.
