Does Not Work Properly with macOS Catalina

I have been trying for the many months since Apple released macOS Catalina to get this software to work on my MacBook Pro. They keep tell me they have a fix but it doesn't work properly. Been through several supposed "fixes" and multiple times on the phone with tech support (who are very helpful but working with a flawed product). I can't get a straight answer, just "we'll report it to the developers". Don't they properly test this stuff before releasing it and, telling people they fixed their bugs? Geez! It worked well before Catalina. If you are running Catalina, think twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh man, I'm sorry to hear you've had these difficulties! This is surprising because I know we've fixed most of our issues with OS Catalina. I hope that support can get you squared away soon.

Best protection I have experienced

This product is easy to install and use AND if I think I have just done something stupid online it allows me to run a virus check right away. I am always trying to unsubscribe from email list I don’t want to belong to. Webroot warns me if the unsubscribe is risky and I just delete the email. I love ❤️ the automatic daily scan because I don’t always remember. Webroot gives confidence that my PC is healthy and safe to use.

Downloading the application

Once I thought I had downloaded the application I then got a CD in the mail, which I loaded. Now I still get annoying messages asking if the application can make changes to my computer. What the.... heck.

I'm back - AGAIN!

Like many other computer users, I have tried just about every AV program (free and paid options) - all have their own characteristics, and you only get to find out this after a period of time. Most have a host of 'show' adjustments etc, and slow the computer or block or influence PC performance in a negative way.
I have used Webroot in the past, and found it the most effective program with silent consistent performance. It covers all the essential areas of protection at a reasonable price. So - I'm back - AGAIN
