I recently switched to the Garmin Enduro 4 from a Forerunner 965 for my triathlon training and racing. As a former Fenix user, I've always preferred the hardcore aesthetic and only tried the Forerunner line to save on the price tag. While the rugged design and battery life live up to expectations, I was quite disappointed to discover that it doesn't support secondary targets during workouts—a feature I honestly assumed would be standard across Garmin's top-tier lineup. It's a great watch for ultra-endurance and daily tracking, but software limitations for structured multi-sport training hold it back at this price point.
Fantastic upgrade for me. I moved up from the instinct 2X tactical. I loved that watch. This is even better. Everything I love about the instinct plus more. Bigger screen, more features, buttons feel great. It actually feels lighter and smaller on my wrist than the I2X, I barely notice it while running or anything else. Love this watch. Now please get YouTube music working on it!
Excellent fitness watch. Upgraded from an AMOLED back to MIP and although it’s big, it wears well on the wrist. Nice large display, great feature set, comfortable band. Battery life lives up to the billing. Great watch!
