Outstanding Professional Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The induction stovetop is amazing - it is a matte black surface which looks sleek and clean. It works great, with induction you have so much control over the heat, once you use induction, you can't use anything else. The left two eyes can be used as one so you can use a griddle. The oven has so many amazing features - one thing I've never had in an oven is a glide-out oven rack which is so convenient; also included is a full size air fryer tray. The oven has many modes - convect bake and roast, bread proof, air fry, sous vide, slow cooker - replacing other appliances and really advancing the way you cook. A very good instructional guide is included explaining all of the modes. There is a separate booklet with tips for the pizza bake and a pizza stone and peel are included. The range is bluetooth enabled so you can control remotely. This is a truly professional oven, but if like me you're not a professional, the modes are all set up for you and you are given a lot of guidance (so you can cook like a professional!). It is a joy to use.
