Had this TV for less than 2 years and it just died. Spent hours on the phone and chat with Roku help and their finale suggestion was “buy a new TV”. What a joke. I think I’m done with Roku and their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. While your TV is outside of our standard one-year warranty period, we’d still love to help troubleshoot and see if we can get it working again! If your TV is plugged into one, try plugging it directly into the wall to rule out any issues with the power strip. As an extra step of caution, double-check that the power cable is securely connected to the back of the TV, and if possible, try a different compatible power cord. We hope one of these steps helps! We truly value you as a Roku customer and hope to earn back your trust in the future. In the meantime, we will surely pass your feedback along to our product team. Thanks again and take care. Roku TVs are so easy to use. We love ours. The picture quality is fine for our lives. We could have spent nearly 100% more for a "lighter" screen quality, but this one is just fine. I don't think I would have wanted to go lighter. I like this screen just fine.
Bought the equivalent sized TCL tv and returned it within a week to purchase this tv. Switching from using Roku’s interface Google’s was an immediate downgrade. Had to go back as soon as possible.
i give it a 5stars although I must say that the picture isn't any better than my old Plasma tv, it isn't any less either. The picture is indeed awesome and i replaced my plasma tv because sadly it wasn't a smart tv and ROKU is the best of all the smart tv's I've looked at. I have 4 working tv's in the house all of which are ROKU brand tv's. I've told friends and family members that this is the only way to go as it is far and above any of the fire smart sets. I could see no reason to but a big name brand ROKU tv as I have found this brand lacking in nothing. At my age{74} this might be my last tv, but if i should ever have to replace one of these you can be sure it will be with another ROKU. WRT.
I won my Roku at the work Christmas party. I was a little skeptical at first, but now that I've had time to figure it out I love it. I like that I can watch live TV or stream things.
