Happy with the purchase

Starting using the microwave out of the box and am loving it. My coffee mugs are over 12 oz so the auto beverage doesn't work for me but setting the time is easy enough. Food is cooked and warmed evenly, no hot spots. Have not tried the fusion settings but on the list to do this week. The microwave option is an improvement. I cooked 3 cups of rice in the microwave with good results albeit I had to modify the cooking instructions to finish cooking. I like that there is no turn table with makes more room in the interior for cooking,

I have tons of Ninja products that I absolutely adore. This just wasn’t it for me. I have already burned my self twice with the air fryer glass plate. It is also really heavy to remove once the food is done. Today while I was using it while making hash browns and sausage the whole thing started releasing smoke to where you can see it I’m all through the kitchen. I bought it to replace the Foodi grill that I had and since my microwave is broken I thought heck why not. Now this won’t stop me from buying ninja products because I think they are the best but this one just isn’t it for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great purchase

I bought this Crispi microwave a couple of weeks ago and it did not disappoint.it replaced my old microwave and countertop oven. It is easy to use, the features anre exceptional and it looks great on my countertop. Can’t wait to try the recipes. Only wish there were covers for the glassware.

Love! Cooks everything perfectly. The recipe book provided is also very helpful for adjusting to new settings. Oven dish is a little heavy (need two hands), but sturdy. Looks sleek on our countertops.

This microwave/air fryer has been great so far. It’s my replacement for a Breville that crapped out after only 2 1/2 years. I decided to get a Ninja because I haven’t had any issues with my Ninja air fryer, which I got at the same time as the Breville microwave. The ONLY issue is that there is a small screw under the microwave by the button that opens the door that keeps falling out. The hole has been stripped so it doesn’t actually screw in which is probably why it falls out. I hope it’s nothing important, but it is slightly concerning on a brand new appliance of this value.
